Signed paperbacks
- If your book arrives damaged or has a printing fault, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
- Because each copy is signed and dedicated to you personally, we cannot accept returns of a signed book you have changed your mind about, except where the law gives you that right.
- If your order has not been posted yet, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Online reading
Online books are available immediately after payment. If you have not opened the book and contact us within 7 days, we will refund you. If the book will not open for you, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack.
