Terms · Niche by Zelda

This policy is a draft and is being finalised. For any question, please use the Contact page.

By buying from or reading on Niche by Zelda you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Payment is taken securely by Paystack when you place your order.

Online reading

Buying a book to read online gives you a personal licence to read it in your Niche by Zelda library. It is not a download.
Your account is for you alone and may be used on a limited number of devices at a time.
Copying, recording, screenshotting for distribution, sharing your account, or reproducing any part of a book is not allowed. Every page is marked with the reader’s email address.
We may suspend an account that is shared or used to copy a book.

Reader discussions

Readers of a book can discuss each chapter inside the reader. By posting you agree to these community rules:

Be kind. No insults, harassment, hate speech or threats.
No spoilers. Talk about a chapter in that chapter’s discussion, not earlier ones.
No links, advertising or selling.
Do not share anyone’s personal details, including your own.
Do not post passages copied from the book.

The author may remove any message and may stop an account from posting, for a time or permanently. This does not remove books you have bought from your library. You can delete your own messages at any time.
